A trial of two additional NSW TrainLink coach services will begin from May 16 to allow customers to complete a round trip between Bourke and Dubbo in a single day.
A new return service will leave Dubbo at 4.45pm on Wednesdays, arriving in Bourke at 9.05pm with a stop at Coolabah.
Another new service on Thursdays will depart Bourke at 5.45am or Brewarrina at 5.30am to connect with the Bourke service at Coolabah and arrive in Dubbo at 10.05am.
“These extra services are designed to enhance the existing NSW TrainLink coach timetable to make it easier for customers to travel between home and this important regional centre,” said Member for Barwon Mr Kevin Humphries.
“Customers travel to Dubbo for a variety of reasons – be it for business or medical appointments, shopping or recreational activities, or to visit friends and family.
