Walkabout Resources long-serving director and chairman Trevor Benson resigns
Walkabout Resources Ltd (ASX:WKT) (FRA:N6D) long-serving director and chairman Trevor Benson has resigned as a director of the company and its subsidiaries in order to pursue other interests.
He will vacate the role of executive chairman with immediate effect but will be available to assist the graphite development company in assuring a smooth transition.

Executive director Allan Mulligan said: “We are disappointed to see Trevor leaving us when we are so close to securing funding for the Lindi Jumbo mine.
“Trevor’s contribution to funding the company and the project has been significant and the board thanks him for his efforts.
“We wish him well in his future endeavours.”

Walkabout is developing the high-grade Lindi Jumbo Graphite Project in Tanzania’s southeast with the aim of taking advantage of forecast market conditions for large and jumbo flake graphite products.
