Last Wednesday saw select Instagram followers criticising her use of a cigarette as a prop during a recent photo shoot.
Comments on Roxy Jacenko's page included 'such a shame about the smoke' and 'you don't need that dumb prop.'
A week later, the 37-year-old re-posted the same image, but this time airbrushing out the cigarette.
Roxy told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday: 'I don't want to upset anyone and my intention was not to glamorise smoking.'

The original photo saw Roxy posing with a cigarette in hand, perching her petite frame on a marble bench top at Sydney's art deco hotel Primus.
Opting for a semi-sheer beaded frock that revealed her toned arms and delicate décolletage, the mother-of-two was dripping in Nicholas Heywood jewellery.
Roxy's beauty look consisted of peroxide blonde hair extensions and a glamorous makeup palette.

It was Roxy's use of an un-lit cigarette as a prop, that had select followers criticising the author.
One in particular posted: 'Should ad you are super stunning and don't need the dumb prop.'
Another followed suit with: 'Hot! Such a shame about the smoke,' and another: 'Cigarette – really?'

Shortly after, Roxy told Daily Mail Australia that the cigarette 'was not lit and purely theatre.'
However a week on, the entrepreneur regretted her decision to use the cigarette as drama for the shoot, telling Daily Mail Australia: 'I don’t want to upset anyone and my intention was not to glamorise smoking.
'It was a stupid thing to do, lit or unlit as it was – for drama in a shoot – I want to be a positive role model and I regret posting it, thus removing it from our finished edit of images from the shoot.'
The talent manager's photo shoot came prior to her hosting duties for Paris Hilton, who was in Australia last week, promoting her latest fragrance.
