Monday on HLN’S “Across America with Carol Costello,” Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) said she thought President Donald Trump was “mentally ill.”

Partial transcript as follows:

MOORE: I have long thought he was unfit to be president of the United States, even before he was elected. I’ll have to say it’s my personal opinion I’m not a clinician, but it’s my personal opinion he’s unfit for office.

COSTELLO: As far as his mental stability though, not his experience but in—

MOORE: His mental stability, the way he relates to Kim Jong-un of North Korea makes me very nervous and of course the way he treats women, particularly women of color, people of color, his embrace of the neo-Nazis. I think that he’s mentally ill. Now that’s my opinion.

COSTELLO: You think the president of the United States is it mentally ill?

MOORE: Yeah, I do, Carol.
