The company received a number of inquiries from eligible shareholders interested in participating but who had experienced delays in receipt of their offer booklet due to longer postal delivery times related to the restrictions.
Under the SPP, eligible shareholders are entitled to acquire up to $30,000 of shares at an issue price of 3 cents per share, being the same issue price as the placement which was announced on May 28.
How to apply
Eligible shareholders wishing to participate in the SPP should apply by completing the personalised acceptance form sent to all eligible shareholders or in the case of applying by BPay, using the reference number shown on the application form.
If any eligible shareholder who has not received their SPP booklet wishes to participate in the SPP, please contact company secretary Shane Turner on 03 5331 4644.
