Stacey Solomon has been giving us serious holiday envy at the moment.

While we look out at grey skies, the Loose Women lady has been relaxing in sunny Gran Canaria with boys Zachary, nine, and Leighton, five.

And despite having a load of fun with her kids, Stacey has taken some time out to share an inspiring photograph with her Instagram followers.

In the bikini snap, the 28-year-old can be seen posing in a black zip bikini top paired with some adorable red Mickey Mouse print bottoms.

With her blonde hair styled in a braid, the mum-of-two looks happier than ever as she gives the camera a massive grin while Zach pouts and little Leyton smiles from the pool.

“Normal bodies rule!” Stace wrote next to the snap.

Before adding: “Happy Monday…if you need some realistic motivation #Nofilter #PerfectlyImperfect #WeAreBeautuful #mondaymotivation”.

“Stacey you are an amazing, refreshing beautiful lady who I recon looks the PERFECT healthy size. Gorgeous photo”, said another.

While a third added: “Thank you for making me feel normal in this perfect world”.

Stace’s motivational message comes after she shared another adorable shot with her young boys last week, saying she felt ‘so grateful’ to be spending some much needed down time as a family.

Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has opened up about her own fitness DVD in the wake of celebrity work out DVDs coming under fire after reports Scarlett Moffatt ‘mislead’ fans over her workout regime.

Nadia, 53, wanted to give her take on the DVDs as she made her own workout DVD in 2010 called From Fat to Fab and managed to lose three and a half stone and she wanted to put the record straight to fans on social media.

In a video blog uploaded to her profile, Nadia explained, “So in 2010 I did a fitness DVD ‘From Fat to Fab’. I did it with a great company, Universal Pictures, who did not force me to go to a fat camp, who did not force me to take slimming pills, like some others do. I did it the right way. I went on a diet.”

“I did loads of exercise but oh my goodness, you have to eat very, very little. Really. And you have to work very, very hard to get the kind of results I did, I lost like four stone.”

The Truth About My Fitness DVD!

The press have been calling and asking me for the truth about my fitness DVD . I've refused to talk to them. Why? Because I wanted you guys to have the truth exclusively from me.Love to know your thoughts.

But as with any diet, the process is not easy and for Nadia, like some of the younger celebrities who have released fitness DVDs, she wasn’t happy doing it.

She said, “So it was a healthy diet, but no alcohol, no sugar, very little carbs, I was miserable, I was actually miserable when I was doing it. A lot of my family and friends said I completely changed my personality. I think that was because I just had to be so focused on not eating and working out really hard. On the day that I filmed the DVD I had to stand on scales in front of everybody. I was crying in the toilets because I thought “I’m going to be so fat, I’m going to be so fat. I’m not going to be the right weight.” I was the right weight, I was nine stone six is what my contract has asked me to be and then I went in the toilets and cried again because even though I’d seen that number I couldn’t believe I was slim enough to jump around in front of the camera.

Nadia continued: “Don’t get me wrong, it was the incredible feeling putting those size 8-10 jeans. It was extraordinary, but guess what? It wasn’t the holy grail I’d imagined it to be. I’d always thought that once I was a size 10 my whole life was going to be perfect. It was not. I was unable to do all the things I love! I was unable to just hang out with my friends sometimes and order a curry. I couldn’t go down the pub and maybe have two gin and tonics and half a bottle of wine.

She admitted that whilst on the diet and fitness regime she couldn’t do those things that sometimes “you just want to do” and continued, “I would have had to have been focussed and obsessed with everything I ate and how many times I went to the gym for the rest of my life to stay a size 10. There’s been a lot apparently in the papers today, I haven’t looked but my friends have told me, saying that I’m fatter than I was and you know a bit of body shaming going on but I am, I am bigger than I was, but I’m really happy with it.’

Nadia revealed she’s a size 12 to 14 and added, “Yeah I could lose a few pounds, but I’m not going to get heart disease or diabetes from being fat which I could have done so I’m now a healthy weight and for me it’s all about being healthy and not about my dress size. I’m really happy with the way that I look and I’m really happy I did my DVD because it taught me being a size 10 isn’t everything.”

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan is soon set to take on one of the biggest challenges of her life – baring all in the name of charity.

The 58-year old – who recently split from her hubby Ray Fensome, is taking part in the all-female, Real Full Monty, which will see her and other celebs strip off.

But it seems the presenter’s latest undertaking hasn’t been without its concerns – as Coleen admits that she’s been having panic attacks about baring her body.

Speaking to the Mirror, Coleen confessed that last-minute nerves have also left her questioning whether she can actually complete the task – which is being filmed for an ITV show.

She admitted, “I just don’t know if I can do it. I’m having nightmares about the feathers.

“I’ve been lying in bed at night and I’ve had panic attacks.”

However, it looks as though Coleen is determined to brave the challenge and get her kit off, no matter how frightened she is.

“If I don’t do the reveal I’ll let everyone down,

“It doesn’t matter if I’m shy. I have had to really change my mind-set many times so far.” That’s the spirit!

Coleen will be joined by a host of other famous faces for the naked challenge, including BBC presenter Victoria Derbyshire, comedian Helen Lederer, and singer Michelle Heaton. But according to Coleen, the celebs are determined to get the challenge done in order to raise awareness of breast cancer.

Of course, cancer is something that has touched Coleen’s life in a big way. Her little sister Bernie passed away from the disease in 2013, at just 52. And now, Linda Nolan is also living with secondary breast cancer – which they have been told is incurable.

The lead-up to the final reveal is being filmed for the ITV show. And during one day, Linda even joined her sister in an emotional share of support.

Coleen revealed, “Linda came to see us on one of the filming days”

“She got really emotional when she saw us. She was saying, ‘I want you to know I’m so proud of you all and you should be proud of yourselves.’

The 58-year-old concluded, “Hopefully this show will wake people up to the possibility of breast cancer and realise they need to check themselves.”

Sheree Murphy, 42, has graced our television screens for years, having been on Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and I’m A Celebrity, and she’s now returning to her soap roots as Dakota in Neighbours. But would she ever be able to persuade her husband Harry Kewell and four children to move back to Australia with her?

You’re returning to Neighbours as Dakota. What can you tell us about the episode?

Raphael wants to know how his mum died, and Dakota is the only person who knows what happened. Paul Robinson has tracked her down in London and his son Leo offers to go and meet her. They don’t want her to know it’s anything to do with Paul Robinson, so he makes out he’s someone else, but then as he’s probing her about her past, Dakota cottons on and Leo just cracks.

She was always known as a troublemaker, so is she still causing havoc?

Let’s just say she’s as slippery and conniving as always. Nothing’s really changed, and I feel sorry for poor Leo because he messes everything up. I wouldn’t like to be him when Paul Robinson gets his hands on him.

Do you think there is a chance of you making a more regular appearance?

Possibly, I’d love to move back to Australia, and I think it would also be great for the kids to be there again. If Harry ever got offered a job over there, yeah, why not?

You’ve been in Emmerdale, Neighbours AND Hollyoaks, and you’ve also said you’d love to star in Corrie or EastEnders. What is it about soaps that you love so much?

I love them because a) it’s regular work and b) you get to know your character. Even though you’re playing the same character for long periods of time, the storylines are played so dramatically in soaps that one minute you’re doing this and then another minute something really dramatic happens and your life is changed drastically. You also grow with the characters as well which is nice.

You’ve been married to Harry Kewell for nearly 16 years. What is your secret to staying together?

We spend quite a lot of time apart because of his work, but we’ve always said no matter what comes along career-wise, we will always consider each other. What is important is us as a couple and our children. No job is greater than our relationship, nothing is. And as long as we’re both on the same page, I’m so supportive of his career. Our kids are our responsibility and our relationship is stronger than anything. So we do put ourselves first, because it is hard to get lost in this world sometimes.

So Harry IS away a lot, as you said, and you have four children. How do you cope around the house? Do the kids help you out?

I’m like Sargent Major with the kids, everything runs like clockwork in my house. But the older two have jobs around the house and I don’t think I could do what I do without their help.

Can you see any of the kids going into acting or football?

My son Taylor is doing drama in A Level. He’s not interested in sport whatsoever. I was kind of hoping he might follow his dad because I love watching Harry play, but he’s not interested at all. He decided that from quite a young age, which was quite surprising, as he was quite good at it as well. Harry was happy, he was like, ‘As long as he’s happy it’s fine,’ but he loves acting.

And obviously you live in Cheshire. Would you ever consider going on Real Housewives of Cheshire like Paddy McGuiness’ wife Christine?

No. I have been asked actually. I love it, I’m absolutely obsessed with watching it, and I know half of them as well, but no. There’s no way. Harry can not stand it! He’s like, ‘I can’t believe you’re watching grown women who are married with children bickering over who said something at a party. Is this for real?’

Shot of a sad-looking young bride on her wedding dayhttp://195.154.178.81/DATA/i_collage/pi/shoots/781573.jpg

Your wedding day is one of the most important – and, often, the most stressful – days of your life.

After months or even years of planning, it all comes down to one day – so of course you want it to be perfect.

But there’s plenty that could (and often does) go wrong. So what are brides in 2018 most worried about when it comes to their big day?

According to new research from wedding planning site hitched.co.uk, it’s fake tan lines, how they’re going to look on Instagram and sozzled guests.

The research, which quizzed to 2,000 brides, found that nearly two thirds (69 per cent) of brides worried about how the official wedding photos would turn out.

While brides also cared more about what they were going to look like and friends using social media, than if they were going to be left at the alter.

More than one in 10 brides were worried about their tans (13 per cent) and guests uploading images to social media platforms (16 per cent). While only 4 per cent cared if their fella actually turned up or not.

A main factor for brides was their weight too – with over half (59 per cent) caring about how much they weighed on the big day.

Some were panicking about friends and family too – but not if they were going to enjoy the day.

Instead they were concerned about whether their nearest and dearest would embarrass them, with nearly a quarter (24 per cent) of brides thinking that friends and family would drink too much and show them up.

This being a survey of Brits, the weather was a factor too. Rain and clouds ruining the big day was a worry, with 57 per cent of brides admitting they cared about what the weather might do on their special day.

“Every bride wants their wedding day to be perfect. Although it’s easy to get caught up worrying about your weight or the weather, it’s important to remember why you’re having a wedding in the first place,” says Sarah Allard, editor of hitched.co.uk

“Once the day arrives, you’ll be having too much fun with your new husband or wife and family and friends to notice a bit of drizzle or if your hair is out of place!”

The top 10 biggest bridal worries according to hitched.co.uk

1. The way they’ll look in photos (69 per cent)

2. Their weight (59 per cent)

3. The weather (57 per cent)

4. Saving enough for the day (53 per cent)

5. Their hair and make-up (50 per cent)

6. Blowing their budget / Being centre of attention (45 per cent)

7. Paying for deposits / Walking down the aisle (39 per cent)

8. Feeling stressed / Their guests having fun (38 per cent)

9. Upsetting uninvited friends (37%)

10. Their bridesmaids being comfortable in their dresses (36 per cent)

Christine Lampard is set to face her alleged stalker, Christof King, in court – as he is accused of bombarding the TV star with tweets.

The TV presenter – who married Frank Lampard in 2015 – will give evidence behind a protective screen during Christof’s trial in June.

A source close to Christine, 39, revealed she’s willing to go to court, despite knowing it will be an ‘unpleasant’ experience.

“Christine’s still hoping the case doesn’t go ahead, as it’s going to be an unpleasant experience,” the insider said.

“But if that’s what it takes to get this sorted she will stand up behind a protective screen to do so.”

The news comes just days after Christof, of North London, failed to get the trial thrown out at during a hearing at Isleworth Crown Court.

He is accused of “bombarding her [Christine] with tweets” which caused “serious alarm or distress, which had an adverse effect on her usual day-to-day activities”.

Christof pleaded not guilty back in November and will face a jury at Crown Court in June.

Christine’s ‘stalker’ ordeal aside, and the TV presenter is settled and looking to the future with hubby Frank.

The couple – who have been together for nine years – are even thinking about extending their brood.

Giving an insight into her relationship with Frank’s two girls, Christine revealed Isla had her in tears after saying she “loved” having the Loose Women star as a step-mum.

Christine confessed: “She went on to say ‘I love you being my stepmum’ and so I started to cry. I’m proud I have that kind of relationship with them.”
